Nimblelimbs

I was thinking recently about when I first came to love yoga then remembered an inspirational teacher I had many moons ago when I lived in Balham (ok ok it was Tooting Bec!) a lady called Nell who taught amazing yoga I remember going to her classes and feeling so hooked and so looked after – aah amazing she never left any detail out and I learned so much from her – so thank you!  Here’s a picture of some of us from that studio having lunch and chilling in the garden, that’s Kate an old mate who I’m smooching with who had come to visit and who shortly after became a yoga teacher and teacher trainer in Chichester, I’m working on a date to get her to the studio here in the summer – Kate teaches such a gorgeous hookable into class 🙂
