Everyone comes to classes for different results whether it’s to whittle the waist, beat the blues or just to have fun getting fit. Sometimes we want to excercise fast and furious but, another day gentle, nurturing, flowing movement sequences are just the ticket.
The secret is in being able to listen to what your body needs, responding to our gut instinct helps us to make healthy choices in diet, exercise and day to day living.
