You make sure the baby has the vitamins, the love, attention and the rest it needs. You would do all that for someone you love unconditionally so why not treat your body the same way?

Imagine the bliss of feeling loved and looked after 24/7!

So, in a yoga class let’s feel the same comfort. This hour on the mat is a concentrated moment in time. A microcosm of how magical we are.

Feel that all your movements including your breath serve you and give you just want you need.

Be generous! Don’t feel guilty, or needy!

It’s a great service that we do when practising yoga this way for ourselves and those around us.
